Job Title:  Social Media Assistant

Location:  London

Reporting to: Social Media Content Executive

Position Summary:

Reporting day-to-day to the Social Media Content Executive, the successful candidate will help to manage organic social media channels, as well as look after the everyday community management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling the week’s posts across all platforms via Sprout Social
  • Assisting with the Content Creator outreach; product mailings, organising shipment with Logistics, managing the Content Creator assets and keeping track of products gifted
  • Updating our Pinterest channel; creating desirable Boards, optimising all pins and aligning the content with larger Marketing priorities and campaigns
  • Writing and editing social media copy when needed
  • Updating the Marketing weekly decks with Content Creator activity and key Social activity from the previous week
  • Competitor Analysis, as needed

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months experience, ideally in social media and/ or in the luxury and/or fashion space
  • Keeps up-to-date with new social media tools, platforms and launches
  • Some understanding or experience with paid social marketing and product feeds
  • Ability to prioritise a demanding, workload and manage time effectively
  • Pro-active entrepreneurial attitude and a ‘can do’ approach to challenges who thrives under pressure
  • Very detail oriented
  • Strong story telling and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint and Photoshop/Adobe CS
  • Ideally, some experience assisting on photoshoots
