Ecommerce and Logistics Assistant

We are recruiting for an Ecommerce and Logistics Assistant. You will assist with all aspects of the day-to-day e-commerce and studio operations, processing and packing orders, dealing with customer service, and managing administrative tasks. 

KEY ROLES

• Processing orders – packing, steaming and shipping 
• Processing returns and amending inventory
• Responding to and driving sales through customer inquiries over the phone, email and Instagram chat
• Troubleshooting orders - everything from sizing to shipping
• Monitoring product pages and product listings on our website
• Editing and uploading product images
• Compiling sales reports and inventory checks
• Any other duties that are required
• Editing images on Photoshop
