Twiin is currently seeking a VIP Client Manager

Based in our concept store in Kings Cross you will act as a Twiin ambassador, this role is primarily sales focused and your success will be measured on your contribution to the store’s sales figures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing the optimal and premium customer service experience for clients.
  • Maximising sales by cross selling through fashion, accessories and lifestyle.
  • Optimise every opportunity to grow your client base and acquire new high value clients
  • Follow through on all new client leads, introducing the brand and engaging the client with the service and benefits to turn a prospect into a shopper
  • Partner with store management team and marketing team to execute store events
  • Participate in marketing / partnership events as required
  • Entertain high profile clients and conduct one to one appointments
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and client service.
  • Implement an ongoing client outreach program to update client base on new collections, deliveries, and promotions

The Ideal Candidate:

  • High level of customer service expertise
  • Clienteling or Personal Shopping experience, preferably with an existing network of clients.
  • 3-5 years retail experience.
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player
  • Passion for story-telling and brands with purpose
