The Team

The Tommy Hilfiger global & PVH EMEA visual merchandising, display & windows department is a creative hub within omni-channel organization.This department oversees the creative strategy, development, and execution of product presentation across TommyHilfigerglobal, Calvin Klein EMEA, and heritage brand and all points of sale.This includes full price retail stores, franchise locations, wholesale shop-in-shops, concession, and outlet channels.The Tommy Hilfiger global team sets global direction and works collaboratively with two other regional hubs in: New York and Hong Kong.To extend this outreach the team is set-up to also support the needs of local markets across Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. This team works in parallel with the global marketing team on a 360 concept and consumer messaging approach. The Calvin Klein regional team collaborates with the New York global headquarters on adapted direction to support the EMEA business needs. This includes visual merchandising, campaign roll out, and display strategies across the region. This team works in collaboration withnumerousfunctions across the omni-channel business as well as local markets. The team environment is collaborative, dynamic, innovative, resourceful,open,and respectful.

The Tommy Hilfigerglobal & PVH EMEAvisualmerchandising,display &windows teamsareresponsible forcreating and communicating all Visual Merchandising tools including all seasonal guidelines, principles, and training tools for all divisions across the Tommy Hilfigerglobal,Calvin Klein EMEA, and heritage brands. Tools that will helpprovidea look and feel that represent both brands and protects its core DNA and ensures that retail/franchise stores, shop-in-shops, and outlets are delivering premium consumer experience through dynamic product presentation. This is supported by strong collaboration with store concept & design, marketing, merchandising,markets,and all areas of the omni-channel teamto ensure that the omni-channel visual merchandising, display, and windows strategy, the countries and point of sale needs are met.

The Position

TheCoordinatorWindowPlanning,THGlobalreports into theSeniorManager, Window Planning & Production TH Global.In this role youwillsupportthe planning, development and rollout of allseasonal and non-seasonal Global Retail and Outlet Window Concepts for all divisions - World ofHilfiger, World of Tommy, and TH Kids.

This roleworksclosely withthe Window Concept Design team to deliverflawless & efficientorder planning and supportthelogistic and procurement teams.Youwill bethe essential liaisonincommunicatingthe orderplanning with vendors,marketsand the Window Design & Development TH Global team.
This role will alsopartnerclosely with theWholesale Activation & Window Guidelines teamondelivering theindispensable rolloutinformation andwindow toolkitsforexemplarywindow executions.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, andmaintainseasonal orderplanningfor allwindow related productions.
  • Manage and partner with EMEA markets on order, delivery, installation requests,executionand concept review during rollout and at the end of each season.
  • Manage and supportwith development and maintenance of order systems includingDashdockand the internal Window Prop Order tool.
  • Drive Window Design & Development team planningandprocessthrough project management software, Asana.

  • Maintainwindow planningand explore software programs/systems, that will support project and time management initiatives.
  • Analyze historical planning, order & delivery data and propose developments.
  • Partner with window production specialist ondevelopment & production schedules.
    Support data management and window process efficiency, including local production planning inAmericas, MEA+, and Asia Pacific.
  • Partner withWindow Concept Design teamon managing windoworders for allO&O storesandFranchise partners.
  • Partner with centrallogisticsteam to ensure seamless vendor/warehouse/delivery methods and solutions for rollout.

  • Support with seasonal trainings, educational material on installation, bestpracticesand special projects.
  • Support andoptimizewindow planning & rollout with advanced window calendars, prioritizing brand campaigns.
  • Support development of a sustainable & commercial window planning strategy.
  • SupportSeniorManager Window Planning & Production withcircularity& sustainability strategies throughout window rollout and process.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • University Graduate or above
  • Minimum2years provenrelevantworkexperience, preferablyin acreativeretail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in English).
  • Must be proficient with all MAC /PCplatforms,InDesignand Keynote.
  • Excellent knowledge of Exceland Outlook.

  • Practical skills for supporting in-store window and event installations.
  • Passionand interest in sustainability and circular business model initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and switch between projects and work streams.
  • Ability to be self-reliant and comfortable with decision-making.

  • Ability to combine creative thinking with strategic planning andexecution

  • Event Production experience
  • Global experience working with various cultures and a multi-culturalorganization.

  • Passion and interest in art, design, and fashion.
