Our growing sales teams work directly with notable brands and entrepreneurs to develop their commerce strategies - whether that is starting or expanding their brick & mortar operations or e-commerce business, adopting our capital solutions, or leveraging the power of Shopify fulfilment to scale. We are merchant obsessed and driven in our goal to see entrepreneurs and brands grow revenue with Shopify!

We are building a new sales team in Singapore to help us drive our enterprise product Shopify Plus across Southeast Asia. Our Sales Representatives will work directly with brands in the region to understand and develop their commerce strategies and advise on how Shopify can help them meet their goals. Within this team we are looking for New Business and Upgrade reps. Our Sales team will be bringing new business to Shopify from across the region and working with our current merchant base to ascertain who would be a good fit for our Plus platform.

Qualifications

You'll need to have:
  • Bilingual language skills - Mandarin & English at business level are preferred.
  • Experience in selling SaaSsolutions
  • High energy and strong work ethic driving towards meeting or exceeding the teams and individual goals
  • The ability to work in a self-directed manner navigating through a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Excellent relationship, conversation, and influence skills
  • Product knowledge and desire to become an expert in your Shopify domain


You'll be working on things like:
  • Understanding the unique business goals, needs, and pains of prospects, helping them grow their business with Shopify products
  • Uncovering new business opportunities
  • Effectively moving your way through the sales cycle managing your pipeline
  • Collaborating on projects within the team and with other Shopify teams to deliver the highest level of merchant experience
