SECTION 1: JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team to help to continue to build and strengthen our global partnerships. The candidate would manage our relationships with sales agents as well as select in-house accounts and work closely with the Head of Wholesale to deliver the sales strategy.
SECTION 2: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 4 years’ experience in a head office fashion wholesale role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to plan, multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent Excel skills and previous experience of an internal computer system – ideally Zedonk
- Stock management skills and understanding of sell through analysis
- Excellent problem-solving attitude coupled with tenacious drive to achieve results
- Positive attitude with a ‘can do’ work ethic
SECTION 3: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage relationships with external sales agents communicating all information to ensure that they can sufficiently represent the brand
- Support existing accounts by offering exceptional customer service
- Target and secure new business
- Meet budgets as set by Head of Wholesale
- Work with members of the current wholesale team to ensure that they are meeting deadlines
- Provide in-depth reporting throughout market and the retail season
- Weekly sell-through analysis for major accounts
- Complete agendas for major accounts ahead of market
- Analyse, confirm, and track the delivery of swaps and reorders
- As well as working across RTW, you will be responsible for growing the business for all our new categories
- Manage weekly payment call between wholesale, logistics and finance
- Monitor deliveries and payments across designated territories and categories
