Job Title: Partnerships Coordinator

Primary Purpose:
ThePartnerships Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and execution of Tapestry's marketing strategies across all our third party partnerships within the EMEAI region. Focused on driving brand awareness, traffic and commercial results, this role will support the Partnerships Senior Manager and Manager in delivering end-to-end marketing initiatives specifically designed & bespoke to Tapestry brands' key partners across EMEAI, including but not limited to: media planning, digital & social campaigns, e-commerce, in-store events, new store openings, exclusive collections, brand storytelling and brand asset delivery. This role will report directly to the Partnerships Manager.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Marketing to...
- Manage all Partnership Marketing administration needs including artwork and asset requirements, supplier set-ups, invoicing and budget management and liaising with Global HQ teams as needed
- Fully understand and execute the briefing process with both Global teams, external agencies and Partners for all Partnership Marketing activity as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and managed
- Work closely with partners (internally & externally) on the execution & syndication of Partnership Marketing plans and delivering brand collateral including seasonal assets and translations as needed
- Support with the execution and ideation of new Partnership Marketing initiatives and strategies
- Be a brand ambassador in all external partner relations, nurturing existing and building new relationships with external partners to champion Tapestry brands and deliver new opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure support for and management of all Partnership Marketing activations
- Seasonal GWP coordination for all Partnership Marketing initiatives as needed
- Compile and share all post campaign reports and ensure timely delivery
- Support the Partnerships Manager to maintain the budget and invoice tracker across the fiscal year
- Maintain the Partnerships Marketing contact database
- Support the Partnerships team with all logistical tasks
- Oversee documenting and filing of all Partnership Marketing related documents, imagery and files
- Presentation creation as needed including weekly WSRM meetings, marketing and partner proposals, activation plans, business reviews and senior management requests

- Bachelors Degree
- Experience working independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of working in a global company/brand and/or online startup
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-orientated
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency
- Strong problem solving skills; proactive and take initiative
- Ability to act quickly to last minute requests and changes
- Able to work autonomously
- Highly computer literate, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel

An outstanding professional will have...
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a marketing role
- Experience of working with U.S based head office
- Additional European language skills
