Senior Quantitative Researcher

We're looking to develop actionable insights about our partner and merchant ecosystem.

This researcher will work closely with senior leadership, design, product, data science and design research in order to guide decisions in product, partnerships, programs and policies. In doing so, they will be a critical contributor to creating the best possible support system for merchants and help them connect with the right application or solution for their business at the right time, in the right way. Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Deepening partner understanding through both survey and behavioural data (partner survey, merchant and partner data analysis)
  • Developing new, consistent means (both vehicles and methodologies) for understanding our partners
  • Working with data science to create survey mechanisms that help predict behavioural patterns (that ultimately lead to improved products, designs, partnerships and programs)
  • Helpingset strategy for entire ecosystem team
  • Identifying, procuringand analyzingquantitative competitive and marketplace insights to help make the team and company smarter and make better decisions


  • An advanced quantitative degree (social sciences, mathematics)
  • Experience in complex survey design
  • Comfort working with behavioral data and some experience associated tools and software
  • Experience in market/product research setting
  • Experience and comfort with: experimental design, conjoint analysis, pricing methodologies, other multivariate methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
