JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Manager, Retail Talent Acquisition role will be responsible for managing full spectrum of retail store recruitment in mainland China for both existing stores and NSOs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the daily operation of retail store recruitment, work closely with retail recruiters, retail store leadership team and RPO partners
  • Provide full consultative service to retail hiring managers with regards to the retail industry and market trends
  • Explore and develop innovative sourcing channels to meet business growth needs, include but not limited to referral program, social network and agency management
  • Maintain good working relationship with internal & external stakeholders
  • Proactive managing RPO partner's performance with clear KPIs and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment-related approval protocols
  • Support ad-hoc projects in recruitment technology, employer branding and related area


EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • Both In-house and RPO experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of hands on recruitment experience, while industry knowledge in luxury, retail or FMCG is a plus
  • Able to work independently under a fast pace environment
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
