As a Senior Business Partner for People & Organization (m/f/d) in our Central Functions People & Organization (P&O) Team, you will support our leaders in Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, Corporate Development and D&I. Across the diverse portfolio of businesses, you will have a direct impact working with our leaders, up to the Management Board, on all people related topics including talent, organizational design, employee engagement and retention and driving our performance culture. You will be a member of the Central Functions Business Partner team and will have the opportunity to learn and grow with the team based on the varied topics across our department.

Working within one of Europe's largest and most ambitious Business Partner teams, you will help us foster Zalando's growth and success. In support of this work, we are seeking a Senior Business Partner for People & Organization (m/f/d) to work with our leaders as we continue to accelerate our function

  • Autonomously consult, inspire and enable business leaders on a diverse range of people topics by acting as their trusted People & Organization (P&O) partner
  • Derive initiatives and focus areas to shape our future organization in line with our wider business and people strategy
  • Further strengthen the health of our teams by providing insights from our engagement survey (zBeat) and translating them into actionable measures
  • Support in organizational changes in all areas, e.g. driving organizational design, leveling up talent management, leadership & people development and much more
  • Collaborate with our People Products team to guide our leaders on people topics
  • Manage and deploy complex HR projects and lead change initiatives, including implementing new tools and technology that will provide better support to stakeholder
  • Relevant business partner experience, including a proven track record of successful project delivery, coaching of senior leaders, and working in a fast paced environment
  • At least 5 - 6 years professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international company, prior HR for HR Business Partnering experience or similar client group a plus
  • Strong capabilities in the fields of talent management, organizational development, and project management, an independent and reliable way of working, with a hands-on mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and solutions development required
