Job Details

Primary Purpose: Support delivering a world class online shopping experience though personalization, web production, and optimization of 3rd party tools

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Production and Optimization to:

- Be a cross-brand and internal production resource and advocate for new features and optimizations related to personalization/recognition, experience optimization, and ecommerce enhancements
- Support ad hoc front end production (HTML/CSS/JS) and ecommerce experience innovation projects (SFCC/Optimizely/GTM)
- Monitor sites to ensure frontend content is aligned with the user experience we expect for our brands
- Diagnose technical problems and advise/implement on the best feasible solution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute actionable solutions to support financial goals and objectives
- Facilitate meetings and provide recaps to cross-functional business partners
- Self-generate optimization ideas and nurture ideas from across the enterprise, including voice of customer and call center, into testable hypotheses
- Execute proofs of concept of new tools with prospective vendors in both the experimentation and general ecommerce domains
- Work with brands on change management and training as applicable

The accomplished individual will possess:

- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce production, product management, and/or optimization
- Proficient in coding (HTML/CSS/JS/SQL)
- Experience with ecommerce tools (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Optimizely, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
- Experience translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and working with technical experts to achieve accurate implementation
- Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed organization and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functional areas
- Exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent time management and communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
