Senior Manager Group Strategy M&A (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Manager Group Strategy M&A (m/f/d) to strengthen our Group Strategy & Corporate Development Team.

What you can expect:

• Reporting to the VP Group Strategy & Corporate Development, you will help continuously further develop a savvy & competitive company strategy
• Support to shape critical strategic acquisitions and business development initiatives for the company
• Identify and leverage new business opportunities and new fields for HUGO BOSS
• Identify potential new areas of investment, including market sizing, surveys, interviews, and extensive data analysis
• Present investment opportunities to leadership, identify and discuss key drivers of value, and conducting necessary research to verify hypotheses
• Manage all aspects of the deal process: from origination, to valuation, due diligence, negotiations, and post-deal integrations
• Partner with leaders across the business and overseeing external deal teams

Your profile:

• Successfully completed master's degree/ MBA or an equivalent
• Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience (Investment banking, M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Venture Capital or Corporate M&A)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Motivated to building/maintaining a strong network across a wide ecosystem of business leaders at HUGO BOSS, business owners, start-ups, investment banks and M&A boutiques
• Passion for new challenges and team player
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic and solution-oriented work
• Excellent written and spoken in English
