Position Overview
The Associate of Ecom Business Operations will support the RalphLauren.com US business. This role will be responsible for overseeing on-site search, improving our merchandising, content and marketing tool set, driving storefront enhancements and ensuring data integrity. You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver enhancements and process improvements that enable our internal teams to operate more efficiently and create an improved online customer experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Act as primary liaison between business and technology teams to drive business operational enhancements (largely Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager) and streamline internal processes
* Own the NA Business Operations roadmap and drive enhancements from inception through launch, focused on continuous improvements of tooling and automation of tasks
* Manage on-site search tuning, optimization strategy, enhancement roadmap and performance metrics
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and solution data integrity issues, with an emphasis on driving data accuracy in upstream systems
* Partner with development team to ensure enhancements are executed with both the business and customer in mind, ensuring business user requirements are integrated into functional enhancements
* Review all new functionality enhancements released by platform provider to identify and maximize value from new capabilities within tools
* Work closely with technical QA team to integrate business testing into release process
* Lead process flow definition and training for new functionality, driving business adoption
* Analyze data to drive decisions, measure results, and deliver actionable insights
* Coordinate across teams to shepherd progress, highlight risks and communicate status to stakeholders

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* E-commerce/technology work experience
* Exceptional time management, prioritization and organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across multiple layers in the organization
* Ability to juggle multiple changing priorities and deliver results
* Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or related ecommerce management systems
* Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Adobe Analytics preferred
