IT Project Coordinator (FTC)

JOB PURPOSE

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract where we are looking for an IT Project Co-Ordinator who will support the Project Manager with the deliver of a global transformation. The role will involve updating Project Plans, creating Project Status Reports and leading sub project activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Manager Support:

• Support the Project Manager with the day to day running of the project.
  
• Status reporting.
  
• Minutes and actions.
  
• Supporting management of the project plans.
  
• Leading sub project activities.
  
• Management of issues and risks.
  
• Management of project documentation repositories.
  
• Leading meeting governance and scheduling.
  
• Finances and budget tracking.
  

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Good Project Management experience.
• Great communication skills with users, internal team and 3rd parties
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to effectively present to an audience and convey required concepts.
• Strong Planning skills.
