Job Details

  • Buying Strategy
    • Work on and define buying strategy for responsible line for China Market, Area or specific store
    • Support business strategy in providing responsible collection line analysis
  • Buying
    • Propose product selection to both internal Retail customer and external Wholesaler client according to their business needs, market trends and brand strategy
    • Work with Area Retail Manager and Store Manager on responsible line buying for the stores
    • Work with HQ Line Builders to under responsible product line strategy and development
    • Work with Area Retail Manager and Merchandise Planner on buying budget allocation
  • Product Replenishment
    • Work with Merchandiser Planner on product selling out analysis to arrange stock movement
    • Propose and implement product schedule
  • Product Performance Analysis
    • Define responsible line product performance
    • Analysis product life cycle and define best seller for the local market
  • Others
    • Work with Marketing on product selection in promotion, marketing activity and product selection
    • Work with Visual Merchandising team in defining display guideline when necessary
    • Market feedback collection and communication with HQ line builder
    • Work with Training department on develop and deliver products and trends training for retail staff and clients

The Ermenegildo Zegna Group is a leading luxury menswear brand and one of the most renowned businesses in Italy. The purchase represents a decisive step for the Zegna company, reconfirming its longstanding support of the wool industry and completing its verticalization strategy.
