Safiyaa is a British luxury womenswear brand founded by Daniela Karnuts. Safiyaa is offering both ready to wear as well as demi-couture garments exclusively produced at our own ateliers in the heart of Istanbul and in London. With a growing US business Safiyaa is looking to open its own dedicated private atelier in New York to produce all US e-commerce order and to cater to all our direct US client base as well as the wholesale drop ship requests from there. Safiyaa produces only on order and therefore efficiency and teamwork, as well as management, are key. 

We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial candidate to take this US Safiyaa Atelier under their wing, with skills ranging from:

1) location sourcing 

2) contractual negotiations 

3) financial forecasting 

4) HR recruitment 

5) implementation of organisational softwares used at our other atelier network 

6) warehousing set up

7) raw material inventory set up

8) organisation of trainings for the new employees by bringing UK and TR employees to teach the Safiyaa standards 

9) accounting set up 

10) basic bookkeeping skills

As the set up is completed and the atelier is operational this role would evolve to encompass the ongoing atelier management, process improvement and growth management 

The candidate is required to speak English; Turkish and French are added benefits

Qualifications
