Primary Purpose:

The Demand Planner is responsible for planning inventory flow, analyzing sales data as well as forecasting reorder and made to forecast demand for all European wholesale accounts to maximize sales in line with regional OTB. They will be responsible for monitoring inbound product delivery and outbound shipment demands to distributor and wholesale accounts.

- Owning and maintaining inventory reporting including monthly statistics on sales, inbound production deliveries, stock holding, out of stock prevention and reorder analysis. Ensure optimal inventory levels are held to maximize sales and minimize inventory liability risk
- Analyzing market sell in and owning the post market reconciliation process ensuring all forecast needs are accurately captured and placed into production.
- Own made to forecast and replenishment (ATS) plans in line with regional OTB, ensuring stock availability in season to support sales targets
- Track inbound production deliveries from manufacturing service providers to company distribution points and able to provide risk analysis where necessary. Ability to effectively communicate risk to pop up / marketing SKU's and provide solution strategy.
- Performing root cause analysis on missed sales opportunity.
- Support cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect latest POS sales results and market assumptions
- Build relationships, interact and collaborate with sales, operations, finance, buying, inventory management, and supply chain partners.

- 2+ years in Demand Planning / Supply Chain role, experience of a wholesale business model
- Highly Analytical with an eye for detail and ability to translate data into action points
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excel skills (pivots, vlookups, ifs / sumifs)
