The successful candidate will join the NAMES team based in its East London headquarters.
Key Duties
Responsible for creating engaging concepts and designs across a variety of areas to support business, brand, and marketing needs. Key areas include e-commerce, digital marketing, campaign execution support, interactive experiences and more.
- Maintaining our visual identity both online and offline through elevated and creative content following a consistent tone of voice, developing engaging designs and layouts that reinforce the NAMES visual language
- Preparing creative assets for digital marketing (website, email, and social media)
- Forming ideas and designing concepts for partner brands such as packaging, branding, catalogues and presentations.
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of our wholesale platform, with a focus on site creative and overall improvements
- Proposing creative layouts for product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Support in editing, retouching, colour correction, and resizing of imagery where necessary
- Conceptualising storytelling content for day-to-day use across NAMES marketing channels
Qualifications
- Qualifications in Graphic Design/Visual Communication
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of the creative capabilities of key social media channels
- Understanding of website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Photo and video editing skills
- Experience in typography, colour, and composition
- Interest in luxury retail and creative sectors. Fashion, Design, Music, Photography, and Art
- CSS, HTML capabilities, a plus
- UI/UX design capabilities, a plus
- Magento experience a plus
- Mid-level photography & editing skills a plus

- Commercially minded, a creative thinker with a proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to handle pressure, multi-task and prioritise work daily
- Strong planning and organisational skills working both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, and can pivot as needed to accomplish company goals
