ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsible for establishing, nurturing and owning the relationships with our community of sellers - in particular our high value, high potential and well established sellers to drive profitable growth. This role will maximise GMV, revenue and engagement from sellers through high touch relationship management and excellent communication.

You will be the primary point of contact for all public sellers, working within the Commerce team alongside Category Managers to provide a premium level of support to our sellers. Success will be measured by the growth of GMV, the active seller count and the engagement from within your seller portfolio.

Reporting directly to our Head of Commerce.

LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years experience working in vendor management or customer success.
  • Experience in delivering against contact strategies.
  • Highly responsive with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast trading environment as well as acting calmly under pressure.
  • Commercially astute, ideally with experience in a fast paced e-commerce environment.
  • Proven ability to set, meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal and visual) with a demonstrable abilityto influence.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge and a passion for our products and the Popshop Live brand.
  • Bonus: existing deep relationships and long list of contacts with particular shopping or brand categories that you believe will one day have success in live streaming.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guide & Support

  • Drive engagement and profitable growth of our Popshop Live sellers through excellence in relationship management and business development.
  • Help shape and deliver against the agreed contact strategy for all public sellers.
  • Work with cross functional coworkers to ensure account management best practice policies and processes are consistent.

Strategize

  • Monitor, analyse and report on seller performance, ensuring continued development of the range, breadth of products and show format, including maintaining and growing show counts. A large part of this analysis will come from watching shows, as well as reviewing sales and engagement figures.
  • Work closely with the Category Manager to identify range expansion opportunities, new show format ideas and event ideas to ensure that your sellers are driving growth for the category, and that they are well informed of event opportunities, customer demand and key trading metrics for the category.
  • Demonstrate commercial understanding and the ability to think strategically to effectively support sellers through excellent relationship management to scale, innovate and deliver a best practice end-to-end customer experience through your tailored guidance, all the while invoking loyalty for Popshop Live as a channel.

Empower

  • Keep our seller resources up to date, through management of educational materials, organizing regular seller town halls and the monthly seller newsletter.
  • Effectively communicate new features and feature updates to our sellers, providing additional 1:1 demonstrations where necessary.

Champion

  • Internally, be the voice of the seller within the Popshop Live team to drive awareness and investment of seller needs.
