You are a highly creative Digital Designer who can ensure that the Theory brand message is communicated with high visual impact. You will have knowledge of current design software and skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. In this role, you will work on digital design projects which include emails, display banners, and website assets. To be successful, you will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. You should also have a solid understanding of mobile responsive design and be skilled in UI/UX.

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Conceptualising and designing daily emails
  • Creation of banner ads and social media assets
  • Assist with ongoing website updates of Theory.com
  • Ensure brand and design standards are met on every project
  • Design fully responsive pages to accommodate weekly updates for Theory.com
  • Seek ways to enhance e-commerce experience (focusing on mobile and responsive design first).
  • Use prototyping and mockups to communicate new inspiring brand experiences.
  • Engage UX/UI best practices to create best in class digital experiences

REQUIRED

  • 3-4 years of experience in graphic design
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
  • Understanding of After Effects, Premiere and XD are a plus
  • Must have an excellent eye for design and typography
  • Attentive to small details and meticulous in execution
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of trends in web design and the digital space with the ability to discern applicable relevancies to our brand
  • Strong understanding of web standards and latest web technologies, image optimization and cross- browser compatibility
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize own workload, and work independently when required.
  • Capacity to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment and flexible to business' needs
  • Be able to clearly execute creative direction, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment
  • Love for fashion, eye for email design, and an active standing in social media are a plus
  • Bachelors of Arts in Graphic Design preferred
