Senior Merchandise Planner

Miinto is going through a dynamic and exciting expansion plan in Europe and we are looking for a passionate Senior Merchandise Planner to play a key role in Miinto’s next level of growth.

As Senior Merchandise Planner you will be responsible to prepare sales forecast for new brands and to deliver OTB and buying suggestions to ensure the growth on TOP brands partners. You will be part of the Brand Growth Management team and will collaborate strictly cross function within the company. The local office is located in Brera, Milan.

What you'll do

• Build and deliver assortment analysis to guarantee the correct amount of stock on the platform
• Prepare OTB Plan suggestions to ensure stock coverage for reaching GMV target
• Create assortment analysis to optimize the quality of the stock
• Deliver weekly replenishment recommendations
• Create seasonal forecast model to exploit potentially of Miinto for both existing and new brands
• Deliver suggestions on stock cleaning and discounts

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in working in fashion industry - preferably global e-commerce, and/or retail operations
• Experience in working in a Business 2 Business environment is a plus
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Personal etiquette in business relationship and positive attitude among team members
• Team-oriented personality enjoying working closely with others
• Analytical and proactive mindset
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of fashion e-commerce will be considered an advantage
