Job Summary: 
The Executive Assistant will be responsible to provide executive support to organize meetings/agendas, maintain schedule and travel calendar. He/she will be the first point of contact and will direct all incoming calls.

 
Responsibilities:

•    Manage and maintain active calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, conference calls and schedule conference rooms 

•    Coordinate travel arrangements (flight, car and hotel reservations) 
•    Create extensive itineraries for all travels international and domestic
•    Prepare and audit expense reports for approval and processing through Concur on a timely basis
•    Prepare and maintain a variety of highly confidential documents
•    Open and process incoming mail, sorting for priorities and distributing for review
•    Set up and maintain various filing systems, sort and classify correspondence
•    Screen phone calls and serve as primary point of contact for all internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO
•    Provide administrative support as requested.
•    Manages a variety of special projects as needed

Desired Background:
•    Minimum Bachelor's degree  

Experience:
•    5+ years of relevant experience supporting C-level executive

•    Be able to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
•    Team player with multitasking and interpersonal skills
•    Must possess excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
•    Excellent organizational skills with focus on accuracy and attention to detail
•    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision
•    Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
•    Be proactive in following up on details, anticipating issues, and closing loops on all requests
•    Be adaptable to various competing demands
•    Handle confidential information with discretion
•    Proficient with Microsoft Suite
•    Ability to learn new software, including Blue Cherry, and Concur
