Social Media & Content Manager

This role is all about the communication of Pepa & Co’s timeless children’s’ clothing pieces to our global audience, using an array of beautiful images & videos, all tirelessly created at our seasonal photoshoots!   Selecting great assets to produce exciting and engaging content across all media platforms & its website in line with the marketing calendar & digital marketing plan.  Working from our office in Belgravia and reporting into the Head of Ecommerce this is great opportunity for someone wanting to take a step up.

We are looking for an imaginative, passionate content writer to join the business at an exciting time in Pepa & Co expansion plans.  If you have a solid 3 years’ experience within the e-commerce space and a genuine passion and understanding of the luxury fashion industry and be prepared to roll you sleeves up this could be the role for you.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Develop a global social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement and achieve strong sales returns.
  • Creating, scheduling, and posting social media content across social platforms in line with the digital marketing plan.
  • Formulating high-quality, engaging, written and graphic content stories for out blogs & IG/FB stories.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure consistent representation and brand messaging across all channels, social, newsletters etc..
  • Working closely with paid social & search agencies and analysing performance of campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in marketing and social media messages & brand tone of voice.
  • Understanding various social channel metrics.
  • Manage the brand Influencer program - researching top influencers to promote the brand and contact them for gifting.
  • Manage brand collaborations, marketing events and assist with photoshoots.
  • Grow social media followers, and improve engagement & ultimately conversions
  • Carry out brand research and collaboration enquiries. 
  • Web Content Management
    • Using brand assets, responsible for creating accurate content and display of product information across the website.
    • Updating and amending homepages, banners, shipping options, and page creation/amends in CMS

The ideal candidate:

  • A great communicator with solid experience of copywriting
  • A strong portfolio of content and a real passion for content creation
  • Strong social media skills across all platforms
  • Self-motivated, organised, can prioritise workload, but can also work effectively within a small team
  • Creative, innovative thinker with the ability to act quickly and react to trending topics and stories.
  • High proficiency in Adobe creative suite (photoshop is essential)
  • Website copywriting, proofing and updating skills are essential, with copy aligned with relevant SEO Keywords.
  • Familiarity with Shopify platform would be an advantage
  • Hard worker, the right attitude, proactive, goes over & above in role
  • Is positive, fun and enjoys being part of a small growing team
