Senior Manager Marketing France & Belux

Your areas of responsibilities:

• Lead & coordinate all regional marketing activities representing Cybex France, Belgium & Luxembourg markets
• Establish & apply our regional marketing & digital communication strategies 
• Develop our digital communication plan to increase our online presence
• Good understanding & analysis of the online market trends & consumers behaviors within the regions to increase our brand awareness and better promote our brand to retailers & independents customers
• Develop good knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing plans & web traffic data 
• Adapt international marketing tools and propose local solutions adapted to the regions trends in order to increase our brand image
• Collaborate with the Director France to define our regional marketing plan
• Lead Trade Marketing activities for our Key accounts in France, Belgium & Luxembourg
• Coordinate external relations with PR agencies and participate in international/local fairs & events to set up communication strategies
• Manage the regional marketing budget

Your profile of qualification:

• Successfully completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business related fields
• Strong knowledge in overall Marketing Strategies, Digital Marketing, Digital communication & Social Media with Leadership experience 
• Hands on with a high sense of initiative & assertiveness 
• Ideally 5 years minimum of experience within this field
• Native French with fluent English
