  5. Work with the Head of Product to review the designs and identify potential opportunities to improve costings, consumptions and construction methods in order to reduce production costs but without compromising the integrity of the brand.

  10. Create and maintain an accurate yield specification to confirm garment manufacture and costings for each collection.
  11. Manage the recruitment and appropriate allocation of freelance pattern cutting resource, in conjunction with the Head of Product to ensure workflow is maintained and deadlines are met.
  12. Oversee the work of the freelance pattern cutters to ensure that the work they complete is in line with the brand’s handwriting and ensure that any work that does not meet this standard is corrected.
  13. Develop and maintain a company Block Library and use it as a reference point for styling detail and to assist with design efficiency.
  14.  Provide weekly updates to the Head of Product on the progress of the critical path and flag any issues that may cause delays or may impact critical delivery milestones. Suggest solutions as required to ensure the critical path remains on track and issues are resolved.
  15. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the trends and opportunities within luxury women’s and men’s wear in order to add value to the product development and production processes and improve sales.
