Position Overview
Pivitol role supporting across Brands within the Buying team on all digital platforms and price compliance. A key centralised position, that requires partnerships across many functions, to faciliate the increased focus on new, innovative, ways of selling, as well as being the gatekeeper for legal pricing compliance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Critical path creation to ensure seasonal timelines are met across multiple stakeholders
* Responsible for the collation of the seasonal buy data across all brands
* Order entry and systemic maintainance across all product categories
* Pricing - systemic upkeep & seasonal analysis
* Delivery tracking
* Monitoring & summarising seasonal price compliance
* Weekly progress updates to wider team and organisation
* Partnerships across multiple functions (Ecomm, Marketing, Trading, Planning)

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Ability to work across teams, and from multiple data sources
* Logicial and measured approach to work to allow for accuracy and consistency
* Understanding how to navigate terminology in order to communicate effectively
* Open to working with multiple partners, and liasing independently
* Strong time management, and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Driven individual, with a desire to strive for excellence
