Description

Framebridge is a fast-growing company that is revolutionizing the $4 billion custom framing industry. Existing custom framing options are time-consuming, complex, and expensive; many people never get around to custom framing their favorite art or photos at all. We are changing that with a curated and streamlined process along with modernized tech and manufacturing.

The problems we solve on the product & engineering teams span eCommerce, manufacturing, logistics, and data analysis. We strive to create unique and intuitive experiences that allow customers to frame their art using powerful and easy-to-use products. If you’re up to the challenge, we’re looking for an experienced product manager to guide us in building the internal tools, systems, and processes to empower our own employees in constructing great frames and an experience that customers love.

We’re looking for a passionate, creative product manager who thrives in a startup environment. You’ll work alongside senior developers to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives that will fuel the long term success of Framebridge.

This role:

Framebridge is looking for a Senior Product Manager who can make Framebridge the default way you can frame anything. We’re kicking off a massive investment in the technology, systems, and tools we use to make sure every frame is delivered flawlessly to happy customers.

What you can expect:

  • Collaborate with coworkers from across the organization - from manufacturing, to customer service, to retail associates.
  • Create hypotheses and establish success criteria to create the roadmap.
  • Advocate and prioritize the most critical work - understand and advocate for what we should invest in immediate vs. future quarters.
  • Own the roadmap from creation through execution. Define and measure success metrics.
  • Bring a data lense to decision making.

We’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of product management
  • A customer first mindset
  • Experience in ecommerce
  • Top notch communication skills
  • Ability to execute and deliver results
  • Comfortable in quickly changing environments

Bonus points:

  • Startup experience at high growth companies
  • Experience with internal tools or manufacturing is a plus
  • Comfortable with distributed teams

You may be a good fit if:

  • You know how to get others excited about your product ideas.
  • You have great taste. You can articulate the difference between good design and great design.
  • You’re hard to rattle. Others look to you to bring clarity and calm.
  • You’re confident voicing your opinion and you always put the customer first.
  • You sweat the details, but you do it gracefully - making the hard work look really easy.
  • You’re comfortable at all altitudes and willing to get your hands dirty - from product strategy conversations with executives to suggesting copy changes on the site, there’s nothing too big or too small.

Our corporate office is based in DC.  Preference is to hire someone based in the DC area but we are open to remote candidates.

Studies show that women and members of underrepresented groups apply for jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. Framebridge encourages everyone interested in a role to apply. We look forward to your application!
