Job Title: Lead Engineer, Full Stack Development
- Primary Purpose: Lead Engineer, Full Stack Development will be responsible for leading delivering PWA experience. Service as key contributor within Tapestry's Interactive Development. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Interactive Development.

- Deliver projects on time and within budget with minimal defects.
- Mentor and help with the career development of the team.
- Analyze existing use of the methodologies, techniques, and front end technologies tools.
- Provide technical, performance and process improvement recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge on front end webtechnologies and related technology tools.

The accomplished individual will possess...
- Minimum 5 years of prior front end development experience.
- Experience as a hands-on development manager or Tech lead or as a Senior Developer ready to take on a manager role.
- Expert skills using Web development technologies such as React, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, object oriented JavaScript , HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience working on Mobile platforms and Progressive Web App (PWA) like MoovWeb or Mobify is preferred.
- Advanced JavaScript coding, concepts and debugging including knowledge of current and future ECMASCRIPT Standard Specs (ES6, ES7).
- Working knowledge of GIT and build processes.

An outstanding professional will have...
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Performance tuning and Web Vitals a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/Demandware) is a plus.
- Worked in a fast-pacedenvironment, including the ability to address short term tactical requirements without losing site of the longer range strategic direction.
- Excellent project management, time management and communication skills.
