- Drive, develop, coordinate, and conduct training projects and programs for all the staff of company (with a special focus on retail teams) & key specialists partners.
- Provide consultancy to boutique managers to improve retail performance, follow up on actions and keeping training records and reports
- Support Training Manager in training activities, onsite training organization and training program development and training delivery.

Job Description

How you will contribute

Training Execution
  • Prepare and deliver brand introduction training and basic selling routine training for newcomers
  • Support New Store Opening training and other training iniatives etc.
  • Prepare and deliver regular product training for both Internal Boutiques and External business partners
  • On-site coaching in selling/service and knowledge application based on training follow-up guidelines, monthly training focuses, Mystery Shoppers Program result, some KPIs in RISE project, etc.
  • Observe and assist boutique managers and boutique trainers to achieve monthly training targets with key action plans, or follow up with Boutique managers on key action plans

Training Materials Development

Focus on the translation and production of New ambassador, Novelty & Monthly Learning Projects, PALACCE Internalization

  • Drive Storytelling mindset in branding and product training program
  • Drive Clienteling mindset in selling/service and Clienteling programs
  • Drive team's awareness on competitors, and enhance Maison's USP, brand history, relative strength /weakness and products.

Other Learning and Retail Excellence Support
  • Lead regional monthly learning projects, to boost sharing and best practice sharing
  • Share Boutique Best Practices amongst sales associates across local markets
  • Coordinate and deliver refresher training initiatives (coaching, workshops, etc.) by month or by quarter
  • Support HQ E-learning training platform execution, including materials translation and proofreading, drive E-learning completion rate
  • Participate and support in projects like Wholesale Seminar / Retail Seminar / Local Rising Stars training and other related iniatives driven by the company

Training planning and administration
  • Plan local annual learning calendar based on Regional training direction
  • Monthly training report for different parties, HQ, Commercial team etc.
  • Other fulfillment to specific requirements and needs of business

Who you are
  • 5+ years of hands on learning and executing, training delivery and field coaching
  • 3-5 years training experience in watch and Jewelry
  • Training material design and developing experience is preferred
  • Experienced communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think and act objectively
  • Ability to effectively translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, strong follow-up skills
  • Strong organizational and/or project management skills required
  • Ability to build trust and relationships with key business partner
  • Reliable team player, accountable for delivering results and ready to help the team
  • Curiosity about our business
  • Energy and enthusiasm - a passion for teaching, leading and coaching
  • MS proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Any Learning, Facilitating or Coaching Certifications is plus
