Marketplace Coordinator

The main objective of Marketplace Coordinator is to have a deep understanding of the growing marketplace industry and knowledge of partners we should work with. You will managing multiple marketplace projects simultaneously, meet deadlines with accuracy and provide consistent execution follow-up. To thrive within this role you need to have a commercial understanding, excellent project planning skills, combined with an analytical mindset. 

You will interact with various departments  such as wholesale, logistics, marketing and other functions to have an understanding of our business, upcoming activities and market trends. It is important that you work cross-functional and have close relationship with other departments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Marketplace Management:

• Product Listings: Manage and create new listings for multiple marketplaces. Campaigns: Plan and execute various marketing activities on our current marketplaces with our Marketing manager. Monitor listings for any discrepancies including pricing, duplicates and more. Drive and project lead the implementation of new marketplaces. Create pre-studies  and analyze new marketplace opportunities. Stay abreast of the e-commerce industry, especially as it relates to marketplace enhancements.

Reporting:

• Pull reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Analyse reports and work closely with cross-functional teams to provide Marketplace insights.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Overall interest in the e-commerce space, with a desire to research, learn and continuously grow your knowledge and skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to manage multiple marketplace projects simultaneously, meet deadlines with accuracy and provide consistent execution follow-up. Demonstrable ability to think on your feet with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively communicate in a proactive and positive manner, including sharing information in an easily digestible way with non-commerce peers.
