Job Details
This is an extremely attractive role for a candidate with excellent organisation skills, who is passionate about e-commerce and delivering great customer service. A successful candidate will be joining a fast growing and international company.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sister Jane’s warehouse in London.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding assistance to customer enquiries to sisterjane.com and ghospell.com such as:
- Advising customers on products and fit questions
- General ordering enquiries
- Delivery queries
- Issue resolution
- Refunds
- Advising customers on products and fit questions
- Liaise with carriers to help resolve any incident
- Claims
- Import / export procedures
- Claims
- Provide support to the E-commerce Team and the warehouse activities:
- Online product merchandising
- Sales analysis and reporting
- Stock transfers
- Provide support to other stock related administrative duties
- Check and process refunds in line with the company guidelines
- Online product merchandising
The ideal candidate:
- Experience delivering first-class customer service both verbally and in writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in e-commerce customer service and operations
- Stock management an advantage
- Outstanding command of the English language, spoken and written
- Very organised, passionate and driven to deliver outstanding results
- Interest in e-commerce, wholesale and operations
- Attention to detail
- Self starter and capable of working independently
- Have a positive can-do attitude, is flexible and keen to work with and contribute to a dynamic team where support is required
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Package
