Come Back As A Flower is looking for a commercially driven Head of Wholesale who is passionate and ambitious about building high performance teams, strategies and results. You breathe sales, have exceptional track record, strong oral and written communication skills, and are able to develop and implement world class sales and distribution strategies. This role reports directly to our Chief Operations Officer.
- Develop and implement global sales and distribution strategy with internal team and external network.
- Develop, track and analyze global sales budgets, incl. cost side of operation.
- Develop and implement activation plans per season and territory, distributed on individual retailers.
- Develop and implement trainings with the sales team and agents, secure professional distribution of brand and product knowledge, etc.
- Develop and implement professional and inspiring customer sales meetings and events for key territories/markets.
- Secure invitations to showroom (digital or physical), existing and new biz customers
- Contribute and lead in the monthly management team meeting.
The Ideal Candidate
- Is passionate and ambitious about sustainability and fashion, especially high end/luxury.
- Have proven experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the sector.
- Ability to analyze, identify and track relevant data and insight.
- Organized and driven with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
- Strong understanding of fashion distribution, physical and online.
- Attention to details and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and across a team.
- Experience working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities.
