We are looking for a Freelancer Talent Acquisition Partner (at least 30hrs/week) to join our Talent Acquisition team of 120 colleagues to help foster the rapid growth of Zalando. You can expect to find a diverse team with an agile and lean mindset, you will be working mainly on commercial roles. Our recruiters drive data-driven decisions and work autonomously to deliver high quality hires.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • You are an absolute expert in recruiting and sourcing for niche profiles
  • Manage the end to end relationship with our candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience
  • Lead virtual interviews based on diagnostic tools, by assessing our candidates fairly and with high quality
  • Be a talent partner for our hiring managers enabling them to make the best hiring decisions at the same time focus on providing excellent customer experience
  • Manage communication with key stakeholders, hiring managers and partner with the business
  • You keep your KPIs and steer through efficient processes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • End-to-end recruitment experience, proven track of hiring key business roles of different seniority in commercial space
  • Experience in building and cultivating trusted relationships with key business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Sourcing skills and a persuasive can-do mentality to achieve the best hiring results possible within a defined time frame
  • Curiosity and desire to analyze the recruitment progress and proactively share data-centric updates and solutions
