Our ongoing HR (IT) transformation project addresses pain points we see in our current People & Organization (P&O) set-up and technical landscape. The program is the largest and most defining transformation an HR organization can go through and will span across the next 2-3 years. Its goal is to create a customer-focused P&O organization that provides a great employee experience for P&O processes with reduced complexity and inefficiencies through an updated P&O Operating Model and a simplified technical HR landscape.

As Senior P&O Portfolio Manager (m/w/d) you will play a pivotal part in the design, delivery, continuous optimization and governance for employee and organizational journeys (employee experience), how they are composed of P&O products, services and processes (global prortfolio and process management), and delivered throughout a future best-in-class talent management suite (connecting the dots throughout our future People tech landscape with Workday at the center). This role is deemed to live up to our ambition of providing an outstanding employee experience and yet become scalable - given our exponential business growth. You will be responsible for the setup of such an employee-centric portfolio design, and its continuous application, extension and optimization.
  • Always put yourself in our customer's shoes. You ensure that we stay focussed on providing a great P&O customer experience that is consistent throughout the services we provide to our customers. You take an end-2-end process view throughout the whole employee lifecycle and take care that moments-that-matter are nominated consistently throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure operational excellence. You act as the owner of the Service Catalogue and are responsible to ensure compliance of other Operating model guidelines and are responsible to establish and steer the respective governance process to stay within the aligned frames. In that context, you keep track of process changes and the impact on the overall framework and connect the dependencies between them. You see your role as an orchestrating one with the task to act as global "P&O process owner". You ensure that all processes and their implementation is considered end-2-end and aligned within the involved functional areas. You make sure that decisions are made jointly between the different workstreams and/or brought up to the SteerCo.
  • Bring in P&O process expertise. You will be the counterpart for the external consultant's quality assurance Subject Matter Expert and work with them throughout the transformation journey. You act as a sparring partner for the program team and help understand challenges in the process set-up and challenges in deploying the new HR Software as a Service solution and the implementation of the new operating model. You support critical workstreams conceptually in their process definition as well as any kind of escalation activities. You support the Workers Councils alignment in collaboration with the Change Manager.
  • Make us fit for the future: You are responsible to define and maintain overarching SLA and KPIs for the program and beyond, document all adjustments and bring it to life within the broader P&O group.
