As Senior Partner Communications Manager (f/m/d) you will devise an overall partner communications strategy and be the driving force in pushing out thoughtful, tailored and easily digestible content to our partners in an efficient and effective way. You will incorporate partner feedback into internal development processes, and will thus be instrumental in ensuring that the Connected Retail product offering can be continuously optimised and tailored to our partners needs.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Devise and execute a strategy for partner communications at scale
  • Interface with Partner Consultants and other stakeholders within the business to understand information across a variety of topics (inc. Product, Operations, Engineering, Commercial), synthesize it and present it to partners in an easily digestible way
  • Build and execute upon a strategy for collecting partner feedback and incorporating this feedback into internal product development processes
  • Act as a centre of knowledge for all things related to Partner Consulting
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Communication: you're a natural story-teller and have the ability to present information in an engaging way across multiple mediums; a background in Product Marketing for B2B products would be a plus, as a significant amount of communication to our partners will be relating to new features, products or releases
  • Research: you are able to understand feedback from partners and consider such feedback in light of broader market and business trends; you are commercially-minded and detail-oriented
  • Teamwork: you are able to interface with others in a collaborative way while managing stakeholders across teams and levels of seniority
  • Strategic thinking: you are able to generate insights from partner feedback and communications, act as the "pulse" for partner interactions and provide insights to internal teams in how to in optimize our partner offerings
  • Leadership: you are able to build and motivate a small team of Junior Partner Communications Managers

The digitization of retailers' stores and their integration with Zalando is a further step towards the best possible shopping experience for our customers. With a larger network, we can improve the availability of products and sizes in the Zalando fashion store and local stores in the future. In the long run, Zalando customers can benefit from this approach, such as location-based delivery or same-day delivery. Currently, partners can become part of Zalando Connected Retail by digitizing their inventory from local stores and processing orders via Zalando's platform.
