Responsible for supporting the administration and compliance of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) activities including timely processing of inventory transactions and U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) documentation related to receipts into & shipments withdrawn from the FTZ distribution center to maintain optimal flow of merchandise.


  • Support the FTZ Coordinator role with management of daily processing of receipts & shipments into the FTZ zone
  • Manage input of additional data elements (Excel format) required of FTZ software solution
  • Assist with preparation of required FTZ entry forms (CBP3461, CBP7501 & CBP7512)
  • Engage in problem solving issues relevant to inventory matters related to FTZ operation
  • Participate in reviews/audits of FTZ transactions for validation of compliance
  • Work directly with FTZ Administrator preparing annual FTZ reports to CBP & FTZ Board
  • Contribute to maintaining regulatory processes & controls governing zone operations
  • Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma of relevant education and/or work experience
