Title: Senior Manager, Shoot Production

Primary Purpose: The Senior Producer is responsible for providing specialized knowledge and expertise needed to translate a creative concept into global-reaching photography, film, and new media content. Fluent in organization and an expert in creative relationships, the Senior Producer oversees cross-functional, internal and external workflows from ideation to execution, to ensure every element is in place for a successful production.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and maintain budgets and timelines for all assigned projects to consistently deliver on time and within budget
- Source, bid and book directors, photographers, stylists, locations, and other external partners for the highest quality and best rates per unique job
- Execute creative vision with discerning taste, while maintaining business objectives
- Oversee on-set productions, managing crews, talent, and internal teams to ensure all objectives are met
- Build and maintain efficient shoot schedules against a high volume of deliverables with many moving parts
- Negotiateand finalize contracts and deal memos with third-party vendors; diligently track scope and usage
- Oversee model-to-influencer-level casting
- Promptly actualize budgets, with insight into the full fiscal year map

CRITERIA/PROFILE:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Production preferred.
- Managerial experience required.
- Proven experience producing shoots with $250K+ budgets under challenging timelines.
- Experience working with high-profile talent and celebrities.
- Excellent project management and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-production experience beneficial.
- International experience beneficial.
