YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As the Human Resources Intern for Zegna, you will play a key role within the HR team. The HR Intern will provide support with benefits administration, recruitment, immigration, and document control, and HRIS database updates.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reconcile and review benefits invoices and statements
  • Support the document control for Monthly Performance Management process
  • Coordinate and create new hire orientation/onboarding documentation
  • Maintain employee records and files
  • Support recruitment process including posting to job boards and appropriate sites, candidate sourcing, and assisting with first round interviews
  • Assist with misc. projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or in progress) in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in Retail business is a plus
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Self-starter with good judgment skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Action oriented
  • Strong follow-through and drive for results
  • Availability to work in-person 3-4 days per week
