ABOUT SAINT LAURENT
Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called 'Rive Gauche', synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio- cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear. We are currently seeking a HR Executive who will report to the HR Manager for Korea as part of our dynamic team.

Job Description

ROLE
You will be responsible for providing employees, teams and managers high quality support in recruiting of talents, career developments of employees by helping something altogether to innovate, impact to Korea Organization.

MISSION

Recruiting
  • Excellent understanding and perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, scheduling, offer negotiation and closure
  • Keep close communication and guide candidates from process stage to on-boarding
  • Maintain and manage sourcing channels (Job portals, internal referrals, vendors, etc)
  • Prepare hiring reports and other ad hoc reports such as market survey as required
  • Maintain good communication with all stakeholders - Hiring Managers and other related internal teams
  • Ability to closely interact with business, understand priorities, resolve challenges and drive progress
  • Development of on-boarding for new-hires
  • Support other HR/Recruitment ad hoc activities


Learning and Career Development
  • Be an ambassador of learning culture by promoting learning ways/programs utilizing various tools
  • Design and deploy internal/external learning roadmap & learning to meet the needs of employees
  • Manage learning systems and record to be compliant
  • Develop and deploy career development program


PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Min. 5 years or above experience in recruiting
  • Experience in hiring diversified skills, especially in the retail / luxury industry preferable
  • Self-driven, passionate individual and team player with the ability to closely interact with business
  • Fluent in English in verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office functionalities & e-learning platform
  • Traveling is required
