About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for overall operations and support of one or more senior leader(s); calendar management, business meetings, email support, expense management and additional tasks/projects required.. This position is ideal for a well-organized person who enjoys multi-tasking and working with both technology and people. You will be given a good balance between team support responsibilities and independent, project-based work. You will be accountable and empowered to see your tasks through to the end; own it, do it, done.
• Provides administrative support to a department or management group
• Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks
• Normally follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions on new assignments
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects, concurrently, with tight deadlines
• Calandar management, making appointments, making travel arrangements, scheduling and planning meetings, process expense reports, file maintenance and ordering of office supplies and equipment
Who you are
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and build partnerships with all levels of leadership across the business
• Advanced computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other web-based applications)
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability handle multiple tasks with confidence while working independently
• Experience in customer service and/or a high-pressure, multitask environment
