JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation and adaption of our digital clienteling platform
- Continuously improve clienteling methodology based on field insights and learnings
- Maintain and update policy and procedure manuals and resources in alignment with upgrades and evolution
- Act as Retail business lead on all Omni-roadmap projects
- Implement an enhanced checkout process
- Create training documents and roll-out program
- Maintain and update policy and procedure manuals and resources in alignment with upgrades and evolution
- Scale Outlet client service initiatives, identify opportunities to maximize programs based on learnings
- Maximize consignment process across all applicable cross-functional partners
- Support allocation and distribution of in-store technology based on clienteling/conversion strategy by store (e.g. MPOS, IPads, etc.)
- Create feedback loops to continuously improve processes and technology based on field insights
- Identify best practice recommendations, assisting Retail in solving point-in-time challenges
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- The ability to work across multiple projects and balance competing priorities
- A demonstrated self-starter who works well within a highly collaborative team to deliver client success
- Successfully lead cross-functional projects ensuring all deadlines are maintained
- Craft, present and execute communication for major projects
