· Provide administrative support to the SVP of Global PR & Brand Communications including calendar management, expenses, and travel

· Coordinate with executive's direct reports on a daily basis to gather and distribute information and schedule team meetings

· Proactively manage the needs of the SVP and Global PR team, prioritizing what is important and urgent

· Maintain updated global calendars and media lists

· Responsible for ad-hoc projects and preparing internal press recaps for distribution

· Support LA PR team with editorial pulls, sample trafficking, and send outs

· Assist with press monitoring and clipping coverage

· Conduct relevant market research

· Manage departmental purchasing card

· Serve as office manager

· Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred
