Primary Purpose:
- Executes rollout and adherence of brand marketing process and marketing tech stack
- Manages annual/seasonal calendar (pmo tracker) for all creative projects
- Includes dates for strategy, briefing, creative development and campaign activation
- Incorporates key milestones, timelines, pencil down moments, and owners into seasonal calendar
- Partner with peers in merch and creative ops to ensure calendars and process maps align
- Develops effective communication processes to inform the cross-functional teams about project progress, roadmaps and key deliverables
- Provides visibility to milestones, enforces adherence through timely reporting and SLAs
- Shares weekly updates on timelines at risk
- Liaise with key stakeholders to understand and resolve bottlenecks
- Communicates key dates and milestones to our global partners
- Calendarizes key-interlock meetings- pre and post shoot
- Leads seasonal creative needs, capacity assessment
- Work with Brand Marketing to strengthen process and governance around prioritization and allocation of Creative resources based on consumer insights and alignment to marketing strategic pillars
- Supports VP to analyze resources and make recommendations for monthly workload prioritization
- Partner with Brand Marketing to buildout/enhancement of toolkit (annual game plan calendar, integrated briefing template, quarterly marketing plan)

Experience

- 10+ years of relevant professional marketing experience - project management, strategy
- Managerial experience within a marketing function in Fashion Retail
- Experience in leading process redesign
- Change management experience
