YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Ermenegildo Zegna is looking for a Retail Coordinator to join our corporate team! The role of the Retail Coordinator is to support the Head of Retail & Merchandising and assist the Retail network with reporting and interdepartmental projects.

We are looking for someone who has an ability to problem-solve, be proactive and anticipate needs; interest in a career path within the retail industry; flexibility and strong listener; and interest in reporting and financial reporting

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze and distribute weekly reports to top management and retail team.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and high-level presentations for team and executive meetings.
  • Coordinate/update monthly and quarterly reporting for Head of Retail and Merchandising
  • Update performance metrics for Customer Advisors, distribute to Store Managers; maintain file with new hires and terminations on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop and analyze ad hoc reporting for various focus projects
  • Serve as a liaison with all departments (Ops, Finance, CRM, Marketing) to support business alignment and retail centered projects
  • Compile store decks to top management prior to store visits
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain schedules.
  • Collaborate with HR team to support incentive driven retail programs with reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Directly support administrative needs of the Head of Retail & Merchandising
  • Assist logistics for all retail meetings and training events
  • Support retail network with data maintenance on SharePoint

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must demonstrate leadership skills, maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and be a partner to the Senior Management Team
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • 2-3 years of prior work experience in a fast-paced environment; prior retail, finance or consultant experience preferred.
