About the role

The Project Manager - Talent Development is a critical part of building sustainable HR capability, including onboarding at Gap Inc. This role will project manage key HR processes, including onboarding process within Gap Inc for headquarters employees. This individual contributor role partners with talent acquisition partners, HR business partners, technology business partners and talent development, while managing the operations and logistics for designated HR programs and curriculum. The Project Manager's primary role is to execute the talent development's strategies to drive an engaging onboarding and employee experience across Gap Inc.

What you'll do

  • Develop process flow documents, job aids, tools and other dynamic tools to support the HR process flow.
  • Prepare spreadsheet analyses and other documents to share current process opportunities, measurements, findings and recommendations.
  • Prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Plan, manage and coordinate training and program logistics for HR programs and onboarding (in person and virtual).
  • Integrates inclusivity into operations and processes to foster a sense of belonging and equality for all.


Who you are

  • You are a continuous learner, a go-getter with a team-oriented approach who is comfortable working in a fast paced, agile environment.
  • You have excellent critical thinking skills, organizational & project management skills and attention to detail.
  • You thrive with your written and verbal communication skills and are able to support training sessions in a variety of environments (in-person, remote, workshops, webinars, etc.)
  • 2-4 years of professional experience supporting the delivery of training and development, particularly onboarding and new hire programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with I9's a plus.
