We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast-growing luxury brand, reporting to the Production & Logistics Manager and Product Developer on all areas related to production, logistics and quality control. Working mainly on our handbag production but also assisting with new categories such as knitwear.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing new stock shipments from the factory ensuring all relevant parties stay updated of its progress.
  • Monitoring new bookings of stock that arrive at the warehouse, ensuring they are done accurately and according to schedule.
  • Keeping delivery dates tracker updated and informing the team of any changes.
  • Requesting monthly packaging counts, analysing if there are any discrepancies vs actual consumption and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Coordinating aftersales queries on repairs with customers services and our factory. Reviewing any items that don’t pass our quality check in our warehouse and developing repair sheets for the factory to action. Communicating any quality problems to the development/design team.
  • Coordinating shipments of the collection samples with the marketing team.
  • Assisting in the communication with raw material suppliers.
  • Helping with the development of production sheets as needed.
  • Supporting with production tasks of future categories such as knitwear.
  • Preparing and attending regular Production & Logistics Catch-ups .

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar production role.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel is a must. Knowledge of Zedonk is a plus.
  • Some experience working with Illustrator is preferable.
  • Strong organisational skills - able to multitask, prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a great team player.

Language skills

  • English: fluent 
  • Spanish: full professional proficiency highly desirable
