Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is looking for an experienced, customer-centric and results-oriented Product Manager to initiate, define and manage the development of customer facing projects and initiatives that will enable the Ecommerce business to reach its full potential in sales and profits while offering our customers a compelling experience which embodies the essence of the Ralph Lauren brand. In this high profile role, you will lead and coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class products and optimal solutions. The position requires a high degree of comfort in dealing with data and a proven track record of driving results through external and internal relationship management. The ideal candidate has a background in software and/or e-commerce product management preferably with experience in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of strategy and implementation of customer experience projects, functionality and services with a focus on consumer acquisition, conversion and retention, efficiently and creatively reaching financial targets with an optimized spend that reaches strategic goals.
• Be an advocate and representative of the consumer on their entire customer experience (CX) from discovery, through post purchase, including order delivery and returns.
• Build business cases for new CX initiatives, writing business requirements and getting buy-in from cross-functional partners.
• Identify, initiate, project manage and launch new customer experience initiatives.
• Research ecommerce, connected retail and technology trends to ensure we maintain a competitive edge by delivering innovative site and multi-channel experiences.
• Constantly seek and leverage available data, especially web analytics, BI, and A/B results to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of Ralph Lauren customers.
• Determine and execute various business policies and decisions.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Strong project management skills, including experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and prioritizing based on business need and estimated business impact.
• Experience writing business requirements and business cases, including basic financial forecasting
• Effectively communicate (both verbally and written) with multiple groups, including presentations
• Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
• Maintain versatility and be able to quickly become knowledgeable on new technology and scope focal points
