JOB PURPOSE

Manage the life cycle of the project. Responsible for co-ordinating and managing the projects using the Architecture processes. Represent Burberry on the project team and ensure that all are running within programme, budget and design standard.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

  • Programmes - clear and timely programme issue(s) update and risk warnings, resulting in on-time deliveries
  • Quality - proactive supplier management and issues resolutions, timely issue and rectification of defects with no negative feedback from store partners. Maintain quality expectations.
  • Communication - comprehensive and timely updates with sensitivities based on audience covering all levels of management and project team with complete and auditable record of project timeline, issues and decisions. Process - all relevant steps of the process completed on all projects, all forms completed and issued in timely manner, all documents filed in correct server locations & folder structure.


QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications
  • BSc (Hons) Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or Surveying (significant advantage)
  • At least 7 years retail project experience, luxury brand preferably
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Japanese with ability in other language highly advantageous
  • High level of computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft office/ MS project/ AutoCad/Adobe
  • LEED GA, AP qualification is advantageous
