We are seeking an experienced, energetic and driven Marketing Manager to join our growing Strathberry Team and help create and then deliver a clear and coherent marketing strategy across all channels. 

As Marketing Manager, you will provide analytic and strategic planning expertise, combined with a creative mind. You will be able to develop and drive compelling campaigns and marketing strategies throughout the calendar year to support the achievement of sales targets and business growth across domestic and international audiences.   You will use the campaigns to bring the brand personality to life and tell the brand story.  By doing this you will enable Strathberry to build positive relationships and connect with customers, both new and existing.   You will help shape how the brand is perceived in the market and create a consistent look and tone throughout all of our messaging and imagery. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a clear marketing plan, based on key business targets and priorities, that connects all of our marketing activities.  
  • Ensuring that all marketing channels are aligned and that the customer has the same experience no matter how they are being introduced to the brand.  
  • Thinking creatively about how to bring the Brand to life and how to tell the Brand Story in an interesting and engaging manner. 
  • Working with the Brand Director to create the vision for ongoing development of the Brand and the communications strategy that supports this.
  • Reporting across all sites and retail, identifying trends and providing analysis on key metrics, such as the success of specific marketing campaigns.  
  • Working closely with the digital team to coordinate e-shot planning and ensure all social media channels remain onbrand and integrate with the overall marketing plan
  • Managing campaigns and other marketing plans to ensure integration through online and offline channels.     
  • Working closely with other teams to develop campaigns which generate interest and noise around the brand to keep customers engaged and feeling connected with the Brand
  • Developing Brand Guidelines and managing a consistent tone of voice for the company
  • Creating engaging content in line with the marketing strategy and calendar, including blog posts, website and newsletter copy.  
  • Remaining abreast of trends within the market and monitoring competitor activity to identify opportunities for the brand. 

Candidate Requirements 

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience of Marketing experience within luxury brand / retail industry (essential)
  • Degree or other relevant qualification within a Marketing or Business-related discipline is a plus
  • Experience within a fast-growing brand is a plus
  • Experience developing and driving campaigns
  • Experience in developing and managing Brand Guidelines, and developing engaging content.
  • Instagram experience is beneficial
  • Analytic and strategic planning expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work with stakeholders at all levels and across the organisation, building rapport and developing constructive and effective relationships
  • Strong adaptability in the face of changing priorities within a dynamic environment
