The RealReal is looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer to concept and deliver visually compelling marketing assets that drive overall consignment and sales for the brand. The Graphic Designer plays a critical role in the day-to-day design of digital and print marketing materials including all digital and social assets, direct mailers, emails, blog content, and various campaign-specific assets. You will work collaboratively across the marketing and brand teams and report directly into the Senior Creative Director. What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Generate ideations and lead creative problem-solving for our unique marketing initiatives & challenges
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to problem-solve with design executions
  • Design with a multi-channel philosophy and approach
  • Deliver assets for email, display advertising, direct mail and various other marketing content pieces
  • Adhere to established style guides for brand
  • Understand and skillfully incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity and quality
  • Manage schedule and deadlines for assigned projects to ensure timely delivery of high performance designs
  • Review revisions/comments for multiple projects via online proofing system
  • Showcase your understanding of the online retail market & advertising to specific customer segments

What You Bring To The Role
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a design firm, ad or branding agency, or in-house creative environment
  • Superior advertising-focus design skills
  • Stellar skills in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability bring concept ideas to the table with rationale and articulate insights
  • Clean, thoughtful design aesthetic with pristine knowledge of type and hierarchy
  • Time management and organizational skills (Must be detailed oriented, well organized and able to thrive in deadline driven environment)
  • Mastery of multitasking
  • You have strong initiative and love to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • BA in Graphic or Advertising Design
